Project Description
Problem:
HaberDashered provides high-end custom clothing for men, and they sell by doing measuring parties for groups of people. The issue was their sales reps couldn’t carry around every possible color and fabric option available. They were also taking orders on sheets of paper that would then be manually entered into a computer later to send to the manufacturers.
Solution:
We created a web app that allows their sales reps to show off the selection on a screen. The app streamlines the order process for sales reps and makes it easier for customers to reorder. It also automatically converts measurements from the imperial system to the metric system. This way reps can enter measurements in inches and the overseas manufacturer gets the measurements in centimeters. This has also resulted in fewer mistakes with incorrect measurement calculations.
