We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients’ social media accounts, as well as implementing and optimizing social media PPC advertising campaigns.

Interested applicants should have proven experience as a social media manager, with a track record of growing social media accounts and implementing successful social media campaigns. 

Experience with Meta PPC advertising and Facebook Business Manager is preferred. 

This is an in-house position with potential remote working opportunities. We have 2 locations in middle Tennessee: Downtown Nashville & Franklin/Cool Springs. Applicants should be able to work from either office location as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies that align with our clients’ business goals and objectives
  • Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our clients’ target audience
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns that align with clients’ goals and objectives
  • Monitor and optimize social media advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Use social media management tools to efficiently manage multiple clients’ accounts
  • Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers and SEM professionals, to create engaging social media content
  • Track and report on key social media metrics to evaluate the success of our strategies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a social media manager, with a track record of growing social media accounts and implementing successful social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and/or video editing software
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients’ accounts simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meta PPC advertising
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field is preferred
