Problem:
MyCommission give real estate agents a way to get advances on their commissions from selling properties. They needed some way to streamline the application process while keeping their customer information safe.
Solution:
We created web and phone applications so realtors can login to their account and submit loan applications securely through an encrypted portal. From there the data is passed to a 3rd party data storage system to automatically create contract documents with the information from the agent’s application. The system then sends the documents for electronic signing to 4 different parties in the appropriate order. As each person signs the documents they are automatically stored and submitted to the next signer. Real estate agents also have a dashboard to login and view the status of their applications and submit new ones.
