We’re currently looking for a client success manager to join our team in Franklin, TN (Coolsprings area). The client success manager will work closely with our small in-house team as well as with our contractors. We are a rapidly growing company and are looking for awesome people to join our team. This is a full time position with generous paid time off. Opportunities to work remotely with flexible in-office hours after initial training period.  

Responsibilities:

  • Managing communications with clients across all our services. This includes sending monthly reports to marketing clients, helping with client strategy calls, weekly check-in emails to clients who have on-going projects, assisting customers alongside our tech-support team and ensuring that the customers are getting the support they need. The client success manager’s primary goal is focusing on managing client communications so they continue to feel informed, cared-for, and heard. The client success manager should maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Reliability is crucial to this role. The client success manager has to keep the clients in mind at all times. Client calls and emails must be returned or answered quickly. Information must be recorded and passed along efficiently as well. 
  • Support project teams with various weekly tasks. These may include listening to calls and compiling reports, completing write/ups for various marketing opportunities, processing orders through e-doc software, and making minor adjustments to client’s website content.
  • Must have a full understanding of our business operation and learn the ins-and-outs of our services, well enough to answer questions and further build client relationships. The client success manager will also help clients with account and billing issues.
  • In addition to working with our clients the client success manager will need to have strong project management skills. Be able to keep track of clients and projects across multiple departments and work closely with department heads. Maintaining detailed knowledge of each client will eliminate roadblocks and delays and make happier clients.
  • The client success manager needs to have strong writing and record keeping skills. This includes keeping written records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints in order to improve our services.
  • Applicants need to be able to work efficiently and have experience with computers. Our business is entirely digital. We will provide training but working knowledge of any of the following applications or technical skills is a significant plus.
